About us

Established in 2023 as a senior-led advisory platform working with a limited circle of clients on an individual basis. CAPITAL482 team have supported the development of bankable investment pipelines in excess of USD 3 billion, spanning multiple projects and sponsors.
Since 2026, the firm has transitioned to a more public-facing model to serve a broader range of investors and companies while maintaining a selective, execution-focused approach.
CAPITAL482 team members have served in C-level executive positions in private companies and within the Government of Ukraine, providing a rare combination of commercial execution capability and institutional insight.
The team combines deep knowledge of the Ukrainian market with hands-on international investment experience, including private equity, institutional investments, government relations, corporate and project-level financial management, and complex transaction structuring.

Sergiy TsivkachCEO

Senior investment and government relations executive with over 25 years of experience across private equity, public policy, and national investment promotion. Led investment origination, underwriting, and execution for international investors across energy, agriculture, infrastructure, industrial, logistics and other sectors.
Former Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine, and CEO of UkraineInvest - Ukraine’s government investment promotion agency, facilitated over $1 billion in FDI and built a project pipeline exceeding $3 billion. Led a team of 40+ professionals that supported more than 1,000 investors, including major global corporations. Contributed to legislative reforms and incentive frameworks, co-organized URC events. 
Previously served as Managing Partner in Ukraine for a U.S.-based private equity firm, where he led local investment strategy and deal origination. He currently serves as Senior Advisor at DGA–Albright Stonebridge Group and Adjunct Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, both headquartered in Washington, D.C.

Serhiy YermilovEnergy Infrastructure, Power Generation & Renewables

Serhiy Yermilov is a senior energy executive with over 40 years of experience in large-scale power generation, industrial energy infrastructure and strategic energy development across both private and public sectors. He led the design and implementation of major nuclear and thermal generation assets, including Unit 4 of Rivne Nuclear Power Plant and Unit 2 of Khmelnytskyi Nuclear Power Plant, as well as a USD ~383 million combined-cycle power plant supported by DFIs and international financing. He directed high-efficiency cogeneration and trigeneration programs and oversaw development of a large-scale biomass pellet production initiative in Ukraine. 
Mr Yermilov has held senior executive positions in major energy enterprises, twice served as Minister of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine, and chaired the National Agency of Ukraine on Ensuring Efficient Use of Energy Resources. 
He is currently engaged in developing and advising on distributed power generation projects in Ukraine, focused on energy resilience, efficiency and system modernization.

Oleksiy TsukanovPrivate Equity & Banking

Oleksiy Tsukanov brings over two decades of experience spanning private equity, investment banking, and development finance across Ukraine, the CIS, and the Middle East. 
He currently serves as Senior Adviser and Fund Manager candidate at Burlington Capital, shaping a $300 million Ukraine-focused agriculture fund, having previously refined strategy for a $600 million fund at a leading international investment advisory firm. His career includes diverse roles at the EBRD, Barclays Capital, and Standard Bank, alongside advisory work for the IFC and Ukraine's Ministry of Agrarian Policy. He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School.
Advised corporates, banks, municipalities, and governments in energy, agribusiness, infrastructure, and municipal sectors, including projects with international financial institutions. Led complex restructurings, capital raising, M&A, debt transactions, and large-scale investment programs.

Alena SuminaLegal, Structuring & GR

International corporate and investment lawyer with extensive experience leading legal functions in both private-sector companies and state institutions. Served as General Counsel in pharmaceutical, medical device, and technology businesses, managing full-scope legal departments and overseeing multinational contract portfolios, regulatory compliance, tax structuring, litigation strategy, and asset protection. Demonstrated strong expertise in legal due diligence, vendor DD, forensic audits, debt restructuring, and risk mitigation, ensuring transactional security and regulatory alignment in complex cross-border environments.
At the national level, held a senior legal role at UkraineInvest, Ukraine’s government investment promotion agency, leading the legal structuring of major investment projects and agreements. Drove investor negotiations, coordinated signing of 50+ MoUs exceeding €3 billion, and structured large-scale investment agreements above €100 million. Actively involved in drafting investment legislation, developing state-level agreement templates, and advocating investor interests before authorities. Brings deep transactional discipline, structuring capability, and regulatory insight critical for sophisticated investment origination and execution.
